Initial Enquiry Department Manager
Lacey joined Pilkington Shaw in 2016, having worked in the legal industry for 5 years.
With Lacey’s background and experience in RTA claims she quickly progressed to the new claims team department manager.
Lacey is in her first year studying at The Law Academy to become a qualified chartered legal executive and hopes to progress to become a fully qualified solicitor. As part of her development, Lacey is gaining experience as a fee earner with a workload of personal injury cases.
Lacey manages all new claims, allocating work to the team and providing one-on-one feedback to ensure all department procedures are being followed and identifying any training issues.
‘I enjoy the variety of challenges that I face daily. Since joining Pilkington Shaw, I have received lots of support and personal development opportunities and I am now able to pass that on to the team.’
