Chris joined Pilkington Shaw in 2015, bringing with him more than 15 years’ experience in customer service, working in businesses across a range of industry sectors.
In his current role as account and retentions manager, communication is key and Chris now has the title of ‘voice of Pilkington Shaw’ after being elected to be the automated voice recording. Chris is now the first voice clients hear when calling Pilkington Shaw.
